Learn from Paul in his times of chains and distress, though he is physically captured but his spirit and soul is with the churches whether or not was he the one whom has planted those churches. What i learnt from this great man - he learns to be contented in everything that he does coz' Christ is in him and he is in Christ. He has gained Christ, have you?

All about Prayer - C for Communion (Part 42)
"To be with God, there is no need to be continually in church.
We may make an oratory of our heart wherein to retire from time to time to converse with him in meekness, humility and love. There is not in the world a kind of life more sweet and delightful than that of a continual conversation with God.
By Nicholas Herman
I diff in my opinion to Mr Nicholas Herman's saying. We should attend Church, as all believers are the body of Christ. We come together to worship him, glorify and sing praises unto him and encourage one another.

All about Prayer - B for Belief (Part 16)
"If I could hear Christ praying for me in the next room, I would not fear a million enemies. Yet distance makes no difference. He is praying for me."
By Robert M. McCheyne
If i knew that Christ is in the next room, i will rush in and ask him to take me home straight away...I know its just a metaphor, i know that he will carry me through in times of my troubles and needs.

All about Prayer - A for Asking for Help (Part 12)
"Well spake that soldier who being asked what he would do if he became too weak to cling to Christ, answered, "Then I will pray Him to cling to me."
By Christina Rossetti
In times, of war, i can understand the feelings of this particular soldier coz i'm also a soldier a while ago for my country. Thus in times when i'm very very weak, i will pray that the Lord will carry me through in my needs and trouble times, especially in times of war and battle...
